5. TikTok integration and permissions

FatoBase uses TikTok APIs only after the relevant TikTok account owner authorizes the integration and grants the required permissions. The TikTok Content Posting API is used for supported publishing operations involving FatoBase-produced media. TikTok permissions are not used for unrelated purposes.

FatoBase does not sell TikTok account information, authorization data or personal information. Access to TikTok can be revoked by the account owner using the controls provided by TikTok.

6. Legal basis and consent

Where applicable, FatoBase processes information on the basis of user authorization or consent, performance of requested services, legitimate operational and security interests, and compliance with legal obligations. When a platform requires explicit authorization, FatoBase does not attempt to use that platform integration before authorization is granted.

7. Sharing and service providers

FatoBase does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with infrastructure, hosting, automation, storage, analytics or social-platform providers that support the requested service, or when required by law. Such providers process data under their own terms and privacy obligations.

8. International data transfers

9. Data retention

Temporary media files may be deleted after processing when no longer needed. Authorization data is no longer used after access is revoked or otherwise becomes invalid.

12. Your rights

13. Revoking platform access

The request may require reasonable verification before deletion is performed. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

FatoBase is not designed as a service directed to children under 13, and the service does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through this website.
